Nathan is great! He had come out to the house when I ended up being locked out...he only showed concern for my safety rather than being inconvenienced himself!!! Great experience, Nathan arrived on time for the company’s estimated arrival window of one hour, compared to some others where the arrival window can be between 4-6 hours. Nathan fixed my Nest quickly and got everything up and running perfectly.
